You start as “Level 1” by calling customers and if they want a Home Insurance quotation you “Hot key/transfer” the customer to a Qualified Home Insurance Adviser, for every customer who takes out a policy you will earn £10.
As you grow into the role and you feel more comfortable, we will then allow you to upgrade and have “Level 2” training to be able to advise and sell the home insurance independently yourself and you will then receive £35 per sale rather than £10.
Receive training from an experienced teacher who has taught globally.
As part of our Mums at Home Club you will receive training from Steph Dunkley who has graduated from Oxford University and has taught as a qualified Teacher all over the world.
As Safe&Secure’s Development Director, Steph brings a wide range of experience in all types of Home Insurance as well as in the education sector, which will ensure that you receive guidance from an expert.
All you need is Broadband/Internet at home and a Laptop or PC at Home, (NOT an ipad, Tablet or handheld device).

Mums at Home Club Team members can seamlessly access the portal webpage, from there you can log in with your unique log in details and from there you will be able to view our list of available leads. From there you are able to select your lead and make your call, Once the customer agrees that they are interested the call will be put through to one of the Safe&Secure sales team.
This is done through selecting a sales adviser from the drop-down list and the customers details will be emailed and WhatsApp’d directly to the sales adviser. The portal will also provide your converted leads and bonuses earned each day, week, month.
